Love the Shades. We purchased 12 shades and they all worked well and were easy to install. One shade, however, had a premature battery failure. It may be the battery, we will continue to monitor it with the new battery installed. We also received a call from your service department to see if we needed any assistance which was nice. I already recommended the shades to others, and may purchase more myself.John F.
