Another home with Lutron's remote shades again! Just bought a new town-home and installed Lutron's Serena remote controlled shades. Why? We found out how nice and convenient it is to have control of our windows with a push of a button! Rise in morning, hit the button and up they go from room darkening to halfway up and all are even! installation is a breeze and when we did have questions at our last home, I called and we got the guy with the knowledge and personality to make it easy! These beautiful pleated shades are the best from the person taking the order, to the first class delivery and packaging! These shades are not a luxury but a real time saver and that is why we chose Lutron again! Thanks for a fabulous product!
