Performs Exactly as Expected. My wife and I are very pleased with our Serena shades. We installed them on two windows and an adjacent door. The shades were a perfect fit on the windows where we installed them inside the window frame. Despite a difference in window length between the windows and door, the shades move in a synchronized fashion and go all the way up or all the way down with a single button push. The room feels warmer when the shades are down, and we really enjoy the privacy. Our only disappointment is that scheduling of actions only is possible if you buy your shades through a dealer and put up with the usually high charges for programming and any necessary reprogramming. With so many owner-friendly systems like Z-wave, Schlage Nexia, etc., I think it's time for Lutron to let us have full control and programability for our shades.
