Very pleased! We installed 10 serena shades, and my wife and I are very pleased with the whole experience. Lutron called us after placing the order to see if we had any questions or concerns. It wasn't necessary, but was a nice touch that lent to the overall quality of the experience. All of our interactions with Lutron employees were pleasant, and they were very willing to help. The shades were packaged nicely and labeled for each window. They fit perfectly as measured, and there was not a single part missing on delivery. I can't tell you how neat it is to push a button and watch all the shades on our top floor close in perfect unison.
